The Model 5H is ideal for applications where the skimmer can be located within 2-3 feet of the water level. The 5H is often mounted directly to the edge of a tank for continuous oil removal.
The compact Model 1H features a 1/2-inch collector tube to remove oil from aqueous washing and machining coolant tanks where restricted access or small surface area make skimming a challenge.

Our 3F Series floating weir skimmers work in sumps, tanks, parts washers, equalization tanks, settling and leachate ponds, lagoons or open water.
The 3F 360 floating weir skimmer features floats and a central intake weir capable of skimming oil from all directions (360 degrees). The weir can be manually adjusted, dependent on the thickness of the oil layer on the surface. Ideal for spill clean up, or as the first stage of oil removal prior to separation or further wastewater treatment.
3F Flow Control weir skimmers are easily deployable and well-suited for a wide range of oil removal jobs. The design makes possible skimming high volumes of oil, and the weir self-adjusts based on flow rate, which is controlled by changing pump pressure. Easily set up by one person for fast spill response, or sudden increase in capacity.

The CoolSkim® Oil Water Separator removes tramp oil from CNC machine coolant sumps and parts washers to extend the life of coolants and wash water, eliminating oil build up and bacteria growth.
Oil water separation, oil skimming and wastewater flow regulation - all in one solution. A Skim 1st Tank is a combination of tank and tube-type oil skimmer to conveniently solve the problems of oil separation and removal when wastewater is treated in batches or at varying flow rates.
To ensure the least possible percentage of water in the oil collected by our skimmers, add the decanter to your system. The decanter further separates the oil and water, and returns any collected water to the area being skimmed. The Decanter can be added to any of our oil removal systems.
